The Universal Tae Kwon Do Federation (UTF) was founded by Grandmaster Han Cha Kyo in 1981. Our Co-Presidents, appointed by Grandmaster Han, are Master James Langlas (VII Dan) and Master Paul Irvin (VII Dan). Today they continue his pioneering work.
