7.     high block double arc-hand (looking through it)

8.     sitting stance scooping block (left palm)

9.     middle punch (right fist)

10.  front strike (left backfist)

11.  right L-stance middle guarding block (knifehand)

12.  low front snap kick (left foot)

13.  left low stance high thrust (left flat fingertip)

14.  high thrust (right flat fingertip)
